This nation is facing an epidemic with
obesity and our children will be the first generation that will have a shorter
life expectancy than their parents. Our kids are simply too fat and there is no
way to sugar coat it (pun intended) What you need to do is learn how to lose
weight for kids in a healthy way. Prior to cutting back on foods you need
to get the kids off the computer and away from the television. Children need to
be outside playing and getting into all sorts of mischief, that is what kids
do. Now both parents work and stick their kid in front of a television which
acts as an unpaid babysitter filling your kids with mindless dribble. If it
seems like I am angry this is a serious matter. Get your kids active now and
stop feeding them processed foods. These two simple suggestions will give your
kids a fighting chance to lose weight. If your kid is really too heavy then
speak with your physician and find out what types of weight loss treatments are
available to them.
